William (Will) Robert Dunlap IV, of North Attleboro, born January 25,1988 passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on July 12, 2024, at age 36 after a courageous battle with MEITL Lymphoma. He leaves his beloved wife, Rachel (Klibanoff) Dunlap, young son Graham Maxwell Dunlap, and his beautiful dog, Missy.
Survived by his parents William Robert Dunlap III, and Caryn (Bergh) Dunlap of Attleboro, his mother-in-law, Deborah Klibanoff of Dighton, his father-in-law Daniel J. Keegan and his wife Jackie (Howe) Keegan and sisters Thea Dunlap Glieco (husband, Anthony) of Barrington, RI, Emily Manion of Easton, MA, Hilary Lapan of Linconville, ME, and sister-in-law Corina Sarr of East Providence, RI. Will was a cherished godson to his aunt, Linda Dunlap of Falmouth, MA. He was a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews N'deye, Wendy, Bella, Paxton, Hudson, Michael, and Haverhill. He also leaves cousins Leah (MacDonald) Burby, and Candace MacDonald, who were an amazing support to him and his family during his illness.
William was a 2006 graduate of Bristol County Agricultural High School in Dighton, MA and went on to be accepted at Mass Maritime Academy, where he was a student of Facilities Engineering. Upon completing college, William joined his father in the family business, William R Dunlap, Inc. Crane and Rigging Company, in Seekonk MA, where he led until the present. He was a great supporter of many businesses and foundations in the area. An avid Boston Celtics fan, Will was thrilled to watch them win banner number 18 last month. William loved comedy, cranes, sci-fi movies, and traveling with his family.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Will's Life Celebration beginning with Visiting Hours on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 4 to 7 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland, RI.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Dana Farber Cancer Research, P.O. Box 849168 Boston, MA 02284.
