Thomas Jay  Hunt, 67, of Pascoag, RI, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.

Born in Pascoag, RI, Thomas resided in Pascoag for the past 20 years, having previously lived in Pawtucket. He was the son of the late Joseph and Sylvia (Michelson) Hunt.

He was a dedicated employee of Butler Hospital for 20 years until his retirement due to illness.

Thomas had a passion for bowling and spent countless hours enjoying the sport.

Thomas was a devoted husband to Linda (Scully) Hunt and a proud father to his beloved daughter, Heather Hunt of Pascoag. He cherished his grandchildren Brayden, Jayce, and Kiera, who brought immense joy to his life.

He shared a close bond with his siblings, Timothy Hunt of Riverside, Joseph Hunt of Florida, Wayne Hunt of Narragansett, Robert "Bobby" Hunt of Pawtucket, Kenneth "Kenny" Hunt of Pawtucket, and Kevin Hunt of Pawtucket. He is predeceased by his sister, Linda Litchenburger and Cheryl Hunt.

Thomas will be remembered for his kind heart, unwavering love for his family, and resilience in the face of challenges. His memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him.

Family and friends are kindly invited to Tom's Life Celebration to be held with a Visitation on Monday, January 13, 2024 from 10 AM to 12 NOON.
