Susan J. Rezendes, 76, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 in R.I. Hospital, Providence

Born in Attleboro, MA., she was the daughter of the late John and Elsie (Ganci) Stokler. Susan resided in Cumberland for more than 50 years, previously residing in Attleboro.

She enjoyed spending her free time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Susan worked in the deli at Stop & Shop, Pawtucket for many years.

She is survived by her two children; Veronica Arnold and her husband David of Cumberland; and John Rezendes of Cumberland. Her four grandchildren; Johnathan Rezendes and his wife Kery; Karissa Rezendes and her husband Eric Sierra; Jessey Rezendes; and Katelyn Rezendes. Three great-grandchildren; JJ; Denisse; and Benito. Her brother; John Stokler of Virginia and her sister Barbara Ryan of South Attleboro, MA. Susan was also the former wife of Douglas Rezendes. She was the sister of the late Linda Suffoletto; Janet Fians and Stanley Stokler.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Susan's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 4 PM to 7 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. Burial will be private.
