NORTH SMITHFIELD

Steven P. Sirois, 69, of North Smithfield and formerly of Pawtucket, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket.  He was the husband of Susan L. (Hamilton) Sirois and they had been married for the past 40 years.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Eugene P. and Marjorie (Humphreys) Sirois.  He resided in North Smithfield since 2003, previously residing in Pawtucket.

Mr. Sirois was employed as a Pipefitter with Electric Boat in Quonsett for 43 years, retiring in 2019.

Steven enjoyed working with anything mechanical, especially computers.  He was an avid gun collector.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife he leaves his brother, John E. Sirois and his sister, Joan Sirois; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Steven's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 10 AM to 12 NOON in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland.  A prayer service will be held at 12 NOON in the funeral home.   Burial will follow.
