CUMBERLAND

Sandra A. Sullivan, 83, of Cumberland,  passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026 at Bayberry Commons in Burrillville.   She was the beloved wife of Harold B. Sullivan with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.

Born in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Dorothy (Archambault) Boyd.  She was a life-long resident of Cumberland.

Mrs. Sullivan dedicated her life to the care of her family.  She enjoyed sewing and knitting, but most of all loved spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She also loved her dog Cara.

In addition to he beloved husband, she leaves her children, Brenda Verfaille and her husband Richard of Lincoln, Christine Rogers and her husband Mark of Pomfret, CT and Michael Sullivan and his wife Julie of Smithfield; her siblings, Dana Boyd of Cumberland and Ann Marie Lally of Cumberland; her cherished grandchildren, Danielle Durkin, Robert Verfaille, Mark Rogers, Kayla Verfaille, Matthew Rogers, Hannah and Trevor Sullivan; her great-grandchildren, Bailey Durkin and Loghan Durkin; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Frederick Boyd and Richard Boyd.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Sandra's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Monday, January 12, 2026 from 9 to 10:30 AM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM in the St. Aidan / St. Patrick Parish, 1460 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland.   Burial will follow at RI Veteran Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association of RI, 245 Waterman St #306, Providence, RI 02906.
