CUMBERLAND

DUGAS, Roger P. 82, of Cumberland, formerly of Woonsocket, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Oakland Grove Health Care Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of the late Antoinette M. (Beaubien) Dugas.

Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Arthur and Aurore (Tetreault) Dugas. He was resided in Cumberland for the past 14 years, previously residing in South Carolina.

Mr. Dugas was an Electrical Contractor for ACS Industries for many years until his retirement.
Music was his passion. In his younger years he was a DJ and would broadcast on local AM radio. He was fascinated with the information age, and enjoyed looking up information on technology that became available. He also enjoyed traveling, and spending time with is pets.

He leaves his son, Arthur R. Dugas and his wife Judith of Woonsocket, his grandchildren, Lucan Dugas of Coventry, Charlene Dugas of North Carolina; as well as several great-grandchildren. He also leaves his siblings, Albert Dugas of Woonsocket, Diane Breton of Franklin, MA and Christine Dugas of Cumberland; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A private burial will take place for Roger and Antoinette Dugas at the St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone.
