Ralston R. Silva passed away peacefully on April 3, 2026 at the Bristol Veterans Home with his loving family by his side.
He was the husband of the late Shirley (Holgate) Silva.

Born in Seekonk, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Raymond and Emma (Nunes) Silva.

Ralston proudly served his Country in the United States Coast Guard. He was the Vice President of Environmental Division for Deblois Oil Company for 40 years prior to his retirement.

He was a member of Lincoln Country Club and Kirkbrae Country Club, a Volunteer Firefighter for the Lonsdale Fire Department, he was a Cumberland-Lincoln Boys Club Alumni.

He was the Past President of the Lower Lincoln Little League.
Ralston loved the water, he enjoyed scuba diving, boating, the beach,and taking quiet rides on the boat.

Ralston is survived by his loving children, John R. Silva and his wife Renee, and Jill A. Marquis and her husband David, his cherished grandchildren Kathryn Kasen and her husband Todd, and Zachary Marquis and his great grandson Elijah Kasen.

He was the brother of George Silva, Elizabeth Lawrence and the late Beatrice Randall, and Doris Hutchinson.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Ralston's Life Celebration with visitation on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 4 to 7 PM and continue on Thursday. April 9, 2026, at 9 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 AM in St. Jude Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln.  Burial with Military Honors will follow in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
