Paula Ann Koback, 70, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024 surrounded by love. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Bertrand and Jeannette (Vadenais) Breault. Paula was a resident of Rhode Island her whole life, residing in Woonsocket for the past 15 years, and previously living in both Burrillville and Cumberland.

Paula was a graduate of Woonsocket High School and worked at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket for more than 40 years.

Paula embodied what family is all about. She was the heart of her family, which consisted of both blood and chosen relatives. She adored her daughter and her grandchildren and spent years making memories they will cherish forever. Paula made friends everywhere she went. Her magnetic personality drew people to her and those friends became her chosen family.

Paula is survived by her daughter, Jennifer D. Garcia of Greenville; Her two sisters: Gail Collin of Ft. Meyers, FL., and Linda Klegraefe and her husband Glenn of Burrillville; and one brother, Richard Breault and his wife Joanne of Blackstone, MA. She was loved most by her two grandchildren: Alexander and Abigail Garcia, along with many special nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Paula's Celebration of Life to begin with Visiting Hours on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 4 PM to 7 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland, RI. A Prayer Service will be held at 6 PM. Burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
