Nicole April "Nikki" Elliott, 35, of Canton, Massachusetts, passed away on April 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy defined by compassion, adventure, and a profound dedication to helping others.

Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Nicole lived her life with fearless generosity and an open heart. She was the kind of person who gave—even when she had little—because to Nicole, helping others was never a choice; it was simply who she was. She adored her nephews and cherished every opportunity to be part of their lives, offering them unwavering love and guidance.

Nicole's adventurous spirit carried her across the world, where she built meaningful connections in every place she visited. She found beauty in different cultures and turned strangers into lifelong friends.

Her heart for service extended far beyond her immediate circle. Nicole devoted herself to humanitarian work in Malawi, where she helped build schools and playgrounds and empowered families to become self-sufficient by providing tools and resources to shape their own futures. The impact of her work will continue to be felt for generations.

She was also the founder and owner-operator of niKnacks Personal Concierge Service, where she brought comfort, care, and dignity to those she served—an extension of her natural calling to uplift others.

Nicole is survived by her loving mother, Michelle Lefebvre; her father, Stephen Elliott and his wife Rose; her sisters, Ashley Elliott and Aimee Elliott and her husband Anthony; her cherished nephews, Everett Jackson and Theodore Gustafson; her grandmother, Elaine Gagnon;  her grandfather, Eugene Elliott; her stepbrothers, Derek and Matthew Dion; her beloved goddaughter, Noelle Bach; and her two closest friends, Manoucheka and Geslyn, whom she held as sisters.   She also leaves behind a global community of friends whose lives she touched deeply.

She was predeceased by her grandfather, Eugene "Papa" Gagnon, and her grandmother, Joan Elliott.

Nicole lived boldly, loved deeply, and gave selflessly. Though small in stature, her presence in this world was immeasurable. Her compassion reached across oceans, and her legacy of kindness, service, and human connection will endure in all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A celebration of Nicole's life will be held at a later date.

Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, Cumberland, RI.
