Nelson E. Reynolds, 72, of Pawtucket, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Miriam Hospital, Providence.  He was the beloved husband of Charlene A. (Nadeau) Reynolds and they had been married for the past 52 years.

Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Edwin and Jennie (Dickinson) Reynolds.  He resided in Pawtucket for many years.

He was a retired Army National Guard Veteran, serving two tours in Iraq, retiring with the rank Master Sergeant.

Nelson was employed for the City of Pawtucket, Water Supply Board until his retirement in 2006.

Nelson found joy in the simple pleasures of life—whipping up meals in the kitchen, cruising in his beloved Corvette, and sharing hearty belly laughs with those he loved most. His warmth and humor were the heart of every gathering, and his devotion to family was unwavering. Nelson's legacy lives on in the laughter he sparked and the memories he helped create around every table and open road.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Leslie Reynolds and his sister Betty Cathers.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Nelson's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 4 PM to 7 PM and continuing on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. A Prayer Service will be held at 11:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial with military honors will follow in RI Veterans Cemetery, 301 South County Trail Exeter, RI.
