CUMBERLAND

Myrna E. (Brown) Brennan, aged 95, of Cumberland, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023, at St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Brennan.

Born in Providence, Myrna was the daughter of the late Williard J. and Flora (Jalbert) Brown. She made Cumberland her home for over 60 years.

Myrna Brennan devoted many years of her life to her work as a Bookkeeper at Pawtucket Auto Supply until her retirement. She also contributed her skills to the banking industry for several years.

A faithful member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Cumberland, Myrna found joy in reading and dining out, with Twin Oaks as her favorite restaurant. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her adored family.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Frances M. Jones and her husband Glenn of Cumberland, Janet M. Brennan-DePault of Cumberland, and Marie E. Fullerton and her husband Greg of Burrillville: her son, Robert W. Brennan and his partner Ruthanne Spence of Florida.   Myrna leaves behind six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Paul Brennan.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Myrna's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland.   A Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Joan of Arc Church, 3357 Mendon Road, Cumberland.   Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
