Melissa A. Larouche, age 48, of Attleboro, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the devoted wife of Richard G. Larouche II and devoted mother of Victoria L. Larouche "Monkey Brain".

Melissa was born in Methuen, Massachusetts to Gary and Nancy (Howell) Maynard of Port Charlotte, FL. She had been a resident of Attleboro for the past 20 years, having previously lived in Bellingham, MA.

Melissa enjoyed traveling throughout the country with her family as they followed her daughter's bowling competitions. She was also an avid shopper with her daughter. Melissa loved the holiday seasons and enjoyed decorating her home with Victoria. She was an avid photo collector. Melissa always would look forward to her birthday anticipating Victoria's decorating.

For the past 10 years, Melissa had worked as a customer service representative for Mule Lighting, of Providence. She previously work for Linos of Milford, MA for many years.

Melissa will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her beloved husband, Richard, her daughter Victoria, her sister Beth Ladouceur and her husband Eric of Bellingham, her nephew Tyler Ladouceur and her mother in law Mary Jane Larouche. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.

A Life Celebration honoring Melissa's life will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 4 PM to 8 PM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, located at 757 Mendon Road in Cumberland. Burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Melissa's memory may be made to the North Bowl, Junior Bowling League 71 E. Washington Street North Attleborough, MA 02760.
