Matthew Curtis
Leduc
Nov 30, 1985 — Jan 10, 2023
CUMBERLAND
Matthew C. LeDuc, 37, of Cumberland, Rhode Island, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Tiffany Mae (Heroux) LeDuc and they were married for the past six years.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the Son of the late Albert LeDuc III and late Pamela Driscoll. He had resided in Cumberland, Rhode Island for the past seven years, previously residing in North Providence.
Mr. LeDuc was employed as senior test engineer for Electric Boat at Quonset Point for the past 8 years.
Matthew was a dedicated and passionate Green Bay Packers and Boston Bruins Fan. He was an avid beer and whiskey connoisseur, and enjoyed his newly-acquired crystal clear ice-creation skills. Matthew was a rambling professor of useless knowledge. He also enjoyed traveling, brewery hopping, but most of all loved spending time with his son, family and friends. Those who love him will remember his strong work ethic, his attention to detail and his loving personality, even though at times it would be with his brutal honesty.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his son Finley LeDuc of Cumberland, his brother Albert LeDuc and his wife Lauren of Cumberland; his sister-in-law, Renee Daigle of Cumberland; his nephews, Ethan and Zac LeDuc and his nieces, Addison and Paige Daigle; as well as many family and friends. He was the brother of the late Joseph Daigle and grandson of the late James and Blanche Driscoll.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Matthew's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 1 to 4 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. His burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Give Kids the World at gktw.org
