Mary E. Gasse, 75, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024, in Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, North Providence. She was the wife of the late Robert Gasse.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Elsie (Mondor) Zuba. She resided in Lincoln for most of her life.

Mary was an avid gardener, and also enjoyed cooking and NASCAR, but most of all spending time with her family.

She was an activities director at the St. Joseph Living Center, Providence, until her retirement.

She is survived by her son Peter A. Gasse and his wife Tiffany of Cumberland. Her three brothers: John Zuba of North Providence, Edward Zuba of Cumberland, and Ronald Zuba of Lexington, SC.
Her two grandchildren: Riley and Hunter both of Cumberland, along with several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Mary's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, from 4 PM to 7 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. Burial will be private.
