Marielle, C. (Beauvais) Mosley, 87, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024, in the Friendly Home, Woonsocket. She is the wife of Lester Mosley, they have been married for the past 22 years. Marielle was formerly the wife of the late Thomas Bolton, and John F. O'Connor Sr.

Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and Alice (Robert) Beauvais. She has resided in Cumberland for the past 70 years, previously residing in Central Falls. She and her husband Lester also wintered in Ft. Myers Beach, Fl., for 25 years.

She was a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxillary, and the Moose Club. She was a communicant of  the St. Aidan-St. Patrick Parish, and formerly of St. Patrick Church, Cumberland. Marielle loved to play cards, golf and sing while she played the piano, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She owned and operated Marielle's Beauty Spot Cumberland for 30 years until her retirement.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her three daughters: Lorie Cadorette (Richard) of Cumberland; Sharon A. Erskine (Michael) of Wakefield; and Darlene M. Leduc (Rene) of Cumberland. Her son Michael O'Connor (Ann Miano) of Narragansett, she also leaves her daughter-in-law Sylvie Snow (Bob Stanton) of Cumberland, foster son Michael Wilber (Debbi) of Colorado, step-son Thomas Bolton of Attleboro, her brother Roger Beauvais (Carol). Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late John F. O'Connor Jr. and sister of the late Normand, Maurice and Richard Beauvais along with Dolores Guerrier.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Marielle's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 4 - 7 PM and continuing on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 9 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM in the St. Aidan-St. Patrick Parish, 1460 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
