PAWTUCKET

Maria C. (Godinho) Serra, 92, of Pawtucket, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Hope Health in Providence.  She was the loving wife of the late Victor H. Valente Serra.

She was a communicant of St. Anthony Evangelical Catholic Church. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, she prayed the rosary daily.  Maria enjoyed reading, crocheting, and was a talented seamstress, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-granchildren.

She leaves her three children, Louis Serra and his wife Louise of Rumford,  Maria L. Maia and her husband Victor of Seekonk, MA,  and Maria C. "Connie" Silva and her husband Manuel of Pawtucket;  her five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Anabela Serra Branco and Ana Paul St. Cyr.
