Maria dos Santos, 97, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at home. She was the wife of the late Jose dos Santos.

Born in Framingham, MA., she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Nazareth (Diniz) Ribeiro. Maria has resided in Pascoag since 1995, previously residing in Cumberland.

She was an avid gardener and accomplished seamstress.

She is survived by her two daughters: Anna dos Santos and her husband Robert Pritchard of Falmouth, MA., and Dolores Cohen of Pascoag. Her sister: Esther Salustio of New Jersey and her brother: Aniceto Ribeiro of Arizona. Eight grandchildren: Scott, Eric, and Nickolas Cohen, Amanda Brizard, Andrew Pritchard, Lori Spooner, Louise dos Santos, and Paul dos Santos. Six great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late: Antonio Maia, Americo Maia, and Vidal Ribeiro.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
