Leslie Cooper, 90, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024, in the Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro.

Born in Cumberland, he was the son of the late George and Loretta (Young) Cooper. Leslie resided in Rehoboth for the past 2 years, previously residing in Granby, VT, for 38 years.

He was a US Army Veteran.

He was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed snowmobiling and riding his ATV. He also enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox.

He was a carpenter for 25 years HASBRO, Inc., Pawtucket until his retirement 35 years ago.

He is survived by his children: Glen Cooper and his wife Anna of Rehoboth; and Donna Savary and her husband Charles of Cumberland. His sister: Gladys Kavanagh of Chepachet, Gordon Cooper of Florida, and Kenneth Cooper of Florida. His grandchildren: Jason Cooper, Kristen Savary, Heather Garon and her husband Seth, one great grand-daughter Hailey Garon along with many nieces and nephews. He was also the lifelong partner of 38 years, the late Lois Fitta of Granby, VT. He was the brother of the late Barbara McAlice and Ellen Tortolani.

Leslie's Life Celebration will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
