CUMBERLAND

Lea D. (Lymburner) Goyette, 87, formerly of Cumberland, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Trinity Healthcare in Woonsocket.   She was the wife of Richard G. Goyette and they had been married for the past 66 years.

Born in Central Falls, RI, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Mary (Metevier) Lymburner.  She resided in Cumberland for most of her life.

Mrs. Goyette owned and operated Choklit Molds Ltd. for many years.

She was a communicant of St. Phillip Church, Smithfield where she was an active member of the church choir. She enjoyed crocheting, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her beloved husband, she leaves her children, Paul R. Goyette and his wife Sandra of Cumberland, Robert G. Goyette and his wife Dawn of Cumberland, Dyane Doucette and her husband Michael of Lincoln, and William A. Goyette and his wife Charlotte Hicks of North Carolina; her brother, Lin Lymburner and his wife Jeanne of Florida; her ten grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren; as well as her two nieces.

Funeral services will be private.
