Keith J.
Sereby
Oct 19, 1969 — Sep 7, 2022
East Greenwich
EAST GREENWICH, RI
Keith J. Sereby, 52, of East Greenwich, passed away unexpectedly alongside his wife, Patricia A. (Bryan) Sereby on Wednesday, September 7th 2022. Born in Woonsocket, RI he was the son of Mark Sereby and Colette Nadeau, and was also raised by the late Ralph Nadeau.
He is survived by his birth parents, his loving daughters Hannah Sereby, Emma McVeigh, and Amelia Sereby; his stepson Adam Chapasko, and stepdaughter Lindsay Dowiot.
Keith was a man of many talents and hobbies, and one of the kindest, funniest, most caring people one could ever have the pleasure of knowing. He loved his family and friends with all his heart and always put others first. He had a great, often dark, sense of humor and always knew how to make someone laugh. Keith was a person who, though he faced many challenges throughout life, always kept smiling (or making one of his various silly faces) and moving forward.
Though very self-critical, there wasn't a thing Keith tried that he didn't succeed in. He had a passion for photography, graphic art, and traditional art. He was also musically talented and loved to play the guitar and piano. He loved to collect knives, flashlights, pens, and other small things; as well as the works of the artist H. R. Giger and anything related to Star Trek. He loved all things dark and spooky but at the same time was one of the brightest souls you could ever meet.
We will miss him dearly.
"It is possible to commit no errors and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life."
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Keith's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 2 PM to 4 PM. Burial will be private.
