PAWTUCKET

Jean A. (Kay) Ayers 86, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026. She was the wife of the late James Ayers.

Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late  James and Jeanne (Reeves) Kay.

Jean was a life long resident of Pawtucket. She had worked for J & K Jewelry Manufacturing in Pawtucket for 25 years.

She  loved the beach, the sun, and the casinos, she also loved to shop but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was the loving mother of Timothy J. Ayers and his wife Kristine, and Pamela J. Pinault and her husband George. She was the adoring grandmother of Victoria, Elyse, and Abby, and great grandmother of Kaden and Benson. Jean was the sister of the late John and James Kay and Robina Howarth.

A graveside service will be held on Friday April 10, 2026, at 11 am. at Mosshassuck Cemetery, 978 Lonsdale Avenue, Central Falls.
