It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Jayvien Lopez, a bright and beloved 7-year-old boy who brought so much joy to those around him. Jayvien passed away unexpectedly on April 10, 2023.

Jayvien had a heart of gold and touched the lives of everyone he met. He was always eager to share a smile or a hug, and his infectious laughter would light up any room. He loved playing with his friends, watching his favorite cartoons, and brought joy and happiness to his home.

Although Jayvien's life was brief, his impact will be felt for a lifetime. His kind and gentle spirit touched the hearts of all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the countless lives he touched.

He leaves his beloved mother, Ashley Lopez of Woonsocket, his sister, Anyla Machado, his maternal grandmother, Maria Gonzalez of Cumberland, his maternal grandfather, Edwin Lopez of Cumberland; as well as many family members.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Jayvien's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Friday from 11 AM to 12 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland. A graveside ceremony will take place immediately following at Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
