James (Jim) F. Chadwick, Jr., 70, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 4, 2025 at his home.  He was the husband of Patricia (Keefe) Chadwick.   Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late James and Mildred (Babbitt) Chadwick.

Although happily retired, Jim was employed by Valley Resources of Cumberland for 28 years and was proud of the three terms he served as Pawtucket City Councilor.   Jim loved a good laugh, a drink with friends, and his cherished family.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons and a daughter, James (Jamie) Chadwick, III and his wife Elysia, Gregory Chadwick and his partner Sabrina Maldonado,  Lindsay Chadwick, and Jack Farrelly.   He had four stepchildren, Matthew and his wife Emily, Charlie, John and Annie.   Jim had seven grandchildren, Audrey Chadwick, Leigha Chadwick, Alex Gaynor, Jack Gaynor, Chase Landry, Zoey Chadwick, and Adelaide Sweet.   He was excited to hear about his first great-grand baby coming soon.  He was the brother of Kevin Chadwick and his wife Cheryl, Mary Ellen Flynn and her husband Brian, and the late Linda Wood.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Jim's Life Celebration to be held with a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 11 AM in the St. Ambrose Church, 191 School Street, Albion.
