Geraldine (Pascale) Martins, 81, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025, in Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. She was the wife of the late Raymond N. Martins.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Anna (Carreio) Pascale. She resided in Cumberland for the past 46 years, previously residing in Central Falls.

Geraldine enjoyed the simple pleasures in life—going for rides, taking vacations, and most of all, spending time with her family. Whether it was a quiet drive through the countryside or a getaway filled with laughter and memories, she found joy in being with the people she loved. Her warmth, presence, and the moments she shared with family will be remembered with deep affection

She was employed as a CNA for Grandview Nursing Home, Cumberland for many years until her retirement.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Coleman of Chepachet and her husband David; her son Keith Martins and his wife Liz of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Ashley Alvarez, Kyle, Dylan and Rylie Martins. Her great-grandson Mason Alvarez, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Linda Vaudreuil.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Geraldine's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Thursday, July 3, 2025 from 10 AM to 12 PM followed by a Prayer Service at 12 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice. The family requests you to spend time and cherish your time with family.
