Frederick Conklin, 88, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, in The Holiday Retirement Home, Manville. He was the husband of the late Bertha Mae Papineau Conklin.

Born in Sheffield, MA, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Winifred (Noepel) Conklin.

He enjoyed working on vintage cars and especially had a love for Lincolns. He enjoyed watching Nascar.

He worked at the family business Conklin Limestone, managing the Columbia, CT warehouse for many years.

He is survived by his son Frederick Conklin and his wife Elizabeth of Lincoln. His son Keith Conklin and daughter Diane Strong both of Connecticut., and his nine grandchildren.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland, RI.
