Frank C. Bielecki Jr., 73, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 26, 2024, in St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. He was the husband of the late Helena S. (Michel) Bielecki and the son of the late Frank C. Sr., and Helen (Orlinski) Bielecki.

Frank resided in Cumberland for much of his life, previously residing in Pawtucket.

He was a graduate of Tolman High School. Frank earned his bachelor's degree from Providence College in 1972 and a masters from RI College in 1976.

Frank was a history teacher at Cumberland High School for over thirty years. He was a past president of the Cumberland Teachers Association and served on the CTA's executive board and negotiating teams for many years.

Frank coached youth sports in Pawtucket when his sons were growing up. In his retirement, he enjoyed watching his grandchildren play tennis and baseball. Frank was also an avid tennis player.

He is survived by his two sons: Scott F. Bielecki and his wife Sarah of Cumberland, and Andrew M. Bielecki and his wife Jill of Andover, MA. His two brothers: Jan Bielecki of Pawley's Island, SC., and formerly of Cumberland, and Dennis Bielecki of Woonsocket. He is also survived by his three cherished grandchildren: Lucy, Ted, and Nathan Bielecki.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Frank's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Wednesday, January 31st from 4 pm to 7 pm. A Prayer Service will be held at 11am in the funeral home on Thursday, February 1st. Burial will follow in Diamond Hill Cemetery, Cumberland.
