Elaine R. Peladeau (Brouillette), 81 of Cumberland, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in the RI Hospital, Providence. She was the loving wife of the late Albert C. Peladeau.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Rita (Lemay) Brouillette. She resided in Cumberland for the past 13 years.
Mrs. Peladeau was employed as a Quality Control Manager for the V-Tron Electronics in Attleboro for many years until her retirement.
Elaine enjoyed working in her garden outside, knitting, sewing, and baking. She also enjoyed spending time at her cottage at Echo Lake. She was a dedicated and passionate Tom Brady and New England Patriots fan. Those who love her will always remember her Christmas cookie trays, ice cream sandwiches, handmade gifts, but most of all the love she shared for her family and as the loving "Memere" to her grandchildren. Her kind heart and positive personality will be missed by many.
She is survived by her four children; Michael (Robin) Peladeau, Lori (Steven) Parker, Lynne (Joseph) Jordan and Steven (Kathleen) Peladeau; her brother, Albert Brouillette (Gloria); her six grandchildren, Courtney, Lauren, Nicholas, Daniel, Connor and Kyle; her sister-in-law, Lee Peladeau; her beloved fur-grandbabies, Autumn, Ollie and Tater Tot; as well as many cousins and loved ones.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Elaine's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 4 to 7 PM and continuing on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 9 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM in St. John Vianney Church, 3609 Diamond Hill Road Cumberland. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
