Dorothy Hope (Grivers) LeBeau, 92, formerly of South Attleboro, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the wife of the late G. Russell LeBeau.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late William and Ida (Field) Grivers. She resided in West Greenwich for the past 24 years, previously residing in South Attleboro.
Mrs. LeBeau was employed as an Assistant Marketing Director at Tiffany Inc in Attleboro for many years until her retirement.
She was a graduate of Central Falls High School, Class of 1950, and was the chairperson of the reunion committee for many years.
She was a communicant of St. Theresa Church, South Attleboro. She enjoyed going to Charlestown Beach, her summer residence for over 70 years. Most of all she loved spending time with her children, especially her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She leaves her children, Karen Houle of West Greenwich, RI, Patrick T. LeBeau (Meghan) of Touisset Point, RI, Scott E. LeBeau (Christine) of Harrisville, RI, and William R. LeBeau of Providence; her five granddaughters, Kate Stock, Michelle Houle, Hilary Houle, Meredith LeBeau and Hannah LeBeau; her two great-grandsons, Beau and Cole Stock; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Glenn R. LeBeau, and sister of the late Gloria Maynard and Catherine Thomsen.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 11 AM in the St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, Baltic Street, South Attleboro. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Operation Stand Down or to The Wounded Warrior Project.
