Dennis Richard Fleury, 69, of Las Vegas, NV passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Nathan Adelson Hospice, Las Vegas, NV.  He was the beloved husband of Diane M. (Hetu) Fleury for 19 years.  They resided in Las Vegas for the past 6 years.

Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of the late Wilfrid N. and Muriel R. (Peloquin) Fleury.

Dennis was employed with Crown Steel, Bloomington, CA, Trinova Medical Waste, Corona, CA , and 25+ years with Providence Steel Inc., Providence, RI. He loved being self-employed as a contractor "flipping" houses for 4 years in Lafayette LA.

Dennis enjoyed playing softball, table tennis, pool, card games and scratching lottery tickets. He will always be remembered for his ability to accurately calculate the math for many projects and games.  Throughout his life he was a staunch supporter of the Boston Red Sox and the NE Patriots, following them through their many ups and downs.

In addition to his wife, he leaves his daughter Lisa Reno of LA, stepson Jayson Gordon of HI, brothers Donald M. Fleury of NC, and Dean P. Fleury and his wife Carol of MA, granddaughter Haylie E. Reno and grandson Jaxon L. Broussard of LA .  He was predeceased by his parents, and his brother David E. Fleury.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Dennis' Life Celebration to be held with a prayer service at Resurrection Cemetery, 259 West Wrentham Road, Cumberland, RI on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 11:45 am.
