Daniel G. Curry, 76, of Pawtucket, passed away on February 23, 2026, at Hope Health Hulitar Hospice.

Mr. Curry was a lifelong Rhode Island resident. He earned his Bachelor's Degree and was known for his intelligence, quiet generosity, and love of learning.

Daniel worked as a delivery driver for E.A. Dion in Attleboro for over 20 years before retiring.

Daniel had many interests that reflected his curious and adventurous spirit. He enjoyed astronomy, reading—especially Civil War history—serving as a mathematics tutor, hiking, skiing, golfing, and kayaking. He found joy in both the outdoors and intellectual pursuits.

He was never married and was predeceased by his brothers, William Curry and David Curry.

He is survived by his niece, Shannon Magill and her husband James of Cumberland; his nephew, Sean Curry‑Hilton and his husband James Hilton‑Curry of Cumberland; one great‑nephew and one great‑great‑nephew. He also leaves his close and dear friends, Mark O'Malley of Florida, Peggy Roy and her husband Roland of Cumberland, and Mike Vandall.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Daniel's Life Celebration to be held with Visiting Hours on Monday, March 2, 2026 from 4 to 7 PM and continue on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 9 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland.   A Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in the Historic St. Joseph Church, Mendon Road, Cumberland.  In accordance with his wishes, cremation will follow at Four Points Crematory, Cumberland, RI.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the  Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Northeast Territory,P.O. Box 22470
New York, NY  10087-2470.
