Clemence T. Lagasse, 96 passed away June 1, 2024. She was born on March 16, 1928 in Albion, R.I. to the late Henry and MarieAntoinette (DuBois) Demuth. Clemence was a life long resident of Rhode Island, at the age of 93 she moved to Ohio to be closer to her daughter.

She enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Guardians and Red Sox, going to Casino's, playing bingo and eating seafood.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerard Lagasse, siblings; Bernice Collard, Lucille Demuth, Herve Demuth, and Muriel Blondin.

Clemence is survived by her loving daughter, Anne Marie (Lagasse) Laramee and her husband Normand.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Visiting Hours on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 9 AM to 10 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 AM in the St. Ambrose Cemetery, 191 School Street, Albion, RI.
