Carol A.
Langborg
Jul 8, 1938 — Sep 18, 2025
Cumberland
Beloved was Carol A. Langborg, 87, of Cumberland who passed away peacefully on Thursday September 18, 2025, at the Grandview Center, Cumberland in the loving presence of her family. She was the wife of the late Karl W. Langborg.
Carol Langborg, born in Pawtucket on July 8, 1938, was a passionate and creative friend, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, who touched the hearts of those she met along her journey. She was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Schwaner) Marsh. She resided in Cumberland for most of her life. Mrs. Langborg worked at Ann & Hope Stores in Cumberland for many years. Carol enjoyed shopping and nature, especially the beach and birds.
The warmth and kindness she shared in her life inspired and comforted those around her. Her memory will always live on in the people that loved and cherished her. Her legacy will remain in our hearts forever.
Carol Langborg was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her three daughters, Donna Lee Lepore, Lisa Ann Doyon, and Brenda Lee Farrell, all of Cumberland; her three grandchildren, Kira Lee Farrell of Connecticut, Katilynn Ann Farrell of Cumberland, and Lynsey Lee Lepore of Cumberland; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Patricia Corbishley and Debbie Mennie.
Family meant the world to Carol, and her love is mirrored in those that wait to reunite with her. Throughout her life, Carol Langborg was known for her fiery personality, spark for life and her talents. Carol was an avid crafter and produced beautiful and adorable pieces during her time. Her hobby brought so much joy to herself and the people around her.
Her life will continue on in the memories we all share, the stories we tell, and the love and lessons she instilled in us all. We take solace in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with those dearest ones who have made this new journey before her. May she forever guide and protect us as we continue our journeys, with love, forever.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Carol's Life Celebration to honor this wonderful woman. The ceremony be held with Visitation on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 5 to 8 PM and continue on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10 AM in the J.J.
