Brenda L. Asselin, 82, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, in the Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Armand R. Asselin.

Born in Mansfield, MA., she was the daughter of the late Emile I. and Gladys I. (Marlsand) Carlstrom. Brenda resided in Cumberland for the past 53 years, previously residing in Pawtucket and North Attleboro.

She was a parishioner of the former St. John Episcopal Church, Cumberland for many years.

Brenda was a stock clerk for Target Stores since 2000, and previously employed as a temperature setter for Texas Instruments, Attleboro for 26 years.

She is survived by her daughter Michelle L. Bolduc and her husband Roland of Lincoln,  her three sisters: Eleanor G. Hagen, Dorothy A. Polion, and Janet M. Tolatovicz . Her two grandchildren: Kyle Pollock and his girlfriend Lizzy and Marrissa Bolduc and her boyfriend Erik along with several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Donald L. Carlstrom and Wilbur E. Carlstrom.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11 AM in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, 565 Mt Hope St, North Attleboro, MA. Arrangements are under the direction of the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland.
