Alejandra Hiroko Takagi Shirai, 41, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024, in RI Hospital Providence. She was the beloved wife of Carlos Andrade.

Born in San Cristobal, Venezuela, she was the daughter of Mamoru & Rieko Takagi. She resided in Cumberland for the past 7 years, previously residing in Boston.

In addition to her husband and parents, she leaves her daughters Emi and Aya, and sisters Yoko and Erika along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Hiroko's Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 4 PM to 7 PM and continuing on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 9 AM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 AM in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1 Fatima Drive Cumberland. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
